Application to place a fund raising event on the parish calendar
In order to sponsor a fund raising event each organization must submit this application to the Finance Council. If the event is denied, you will hear a reason why within seven days of receiving the application. If you do not hear any word within the next seven days your application is approved. Please refrain from making any plans for seven days.
This procedure will assist the parish, parish organizations, school and school organizations in spacing out fund raising activity so that we do not have more than one event going on at one time. With the growing number of fund raising activities they need to be managed.
Approval will be given on a first come, first served basis. Your fundraiser will never be denied but a different date may be suggested if it conflicts with something else already scheduled. Please refer to the parish fund raising calendar before planning an event. There are certain months when fund raising is prohibited.
