Dear St. Edward Parents,
On behalf of the St. Edward School staff, we would like to wish you and your families a Happy Thanksgiving! We are thankful for your children, your support and your continued generosity.
Just a few reminders this week:
- Wednesday, November 23rd is private transport with dismissal at 11:30 a.m.
- Top seller of Butter Braids wins an after school Wii party with three friends!
- Butter Braid sales end December 9th ( there is a $5 profit per braid sold)
- 2nd quarter Mid-Term Reports go home Wednesday
We have a special announcement to make………… Kyle Barnes has won 1st Place in the District Farm Bureau Agriculture Science Contest. He wins $75 and the opportunity to showcase his project on December 1st in Lousiville’s Convention Center. Congratulations to Kyle Barnes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The school will be going to the Galt House on Thursday, December 1st to view the exhibit. Please fill out the attached permission form and return by Monday, November 28th.
We will eat in the Galt House at a restaurant called Magnoli’s. Please mark the attached menu. The cost is $8.00. Your child may bring their lunch but they will have to pack it with them during the day. Please return the menu and money by Monday, November 28th.
We welcome Clayton Arnold to St. Edward School. Clayton is an addition to Mrs. Cooper’s fourth grade classroom. Please extend a warm welcome to Clayton and his family.
