Dear St. Edward Parents,
I hope everyone had a Blessed and Merry Christmas! Thank you for your support and attendance of the Christmas Program. Your children did a fantastic job. They truly understand the story and its meaning. A Happy New Year to you! It’s hard to believe that 2012 is here time really does fly by.
As you know the second quarter grading period ended on December 16th. Therefore, reports cards will be coming home next Monday, January 9th. Be on the lookout for them in the blue folders. Please make certain that you sign and tear off the bottom portion of the report and return it to school by Wednesday, January 11th.
Next Monday, January 9th is “Edy Day” for students choosing to be out of dress code for the day remember to bring in $1. We received a letter from Edy just before Christmas which Father Lauer shared with students. Edy is extremely grateful for the opportunity that our monthly donation provides to attend school and sent wishes for good health and happiness to us in the coming year.
There will be no school on January 16th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
It has become necessary to remind parents that all lunch bills are due the Friday after they are sent home to avoid a late fee. Payment received the following Monday or after is considered late and your account will be charged a late fee. Fees are assessed based on receipt of payment, NOT the date written on your check. This policy can be found in your copy of our Student Handbook.
As always, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Respectfully,
