The Spirit Sisters are collecting toiletry items for Christmas to be given to each of the 115 residents of Cynthiana’s personal care homes. Liquid soaps and shampoos are kindly requested. Through Sunday, December 21st, donations will be accepted in the church gathering area or church office. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Join us on Saturday, December 13th for the Ark Encounter Christmas experience. Our departure from the church parking lot is scheduled for 1:00 pm promptly. We Hope to Bring Back the Precious Blood to Our Eucharistic Celebration! Father Joe is planning to reintroduce the distribution of the Precious Blood at Mass. This goal is to begin the First Week of Advent as we enter the new liturgical year. To move forward, we need volunteers to serve as Eucharistic Ministers—ideally two for each Mass. If you feel called to serve in this important ministry, please contact Adriana Haas (ahaas@stedwardky.org). Your
participation could help restore this sacred element of our Eucharistic worship. Thank you for your prayerful consideration!

In order to give the opportunity for all parishioners to schedule a Mass intention for their loved ones and to accommodate recently deceased individuals, one weekend and one weekday per month for each deceased may be requested. A Diocesan Youth Choir is being formed with a start date of late summer / early fall 2026. The vision is of a prestigious youth choir that represents all the parishes of the Diocese and provides sacred music for select liturgies in the Diocese of Covington “for the glory of God and the sanctification of the faithful.” Please scan the QR code in the bulletin Insert for a brief survey and more information.
