On this page you will find the registration form links for both the preschool and for grades K-5. Those are 2 separate forms. The preschool form is first and then if you scroll down you'll see the link to the K-5 form. You will have to print them out. Of course if you don't have a printer, you might have have received a copy from the school already or you can also stop in the office and pick one up. 

**NEW REQUIREMENT FOR 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR:
All preschool /school families are expected to volunteer for a minimum of 25 hours at major fundraising events such as the Christmas candy, Dairy Queen Nights, the Lenten Fish Fry, the Ice Cream Social, the Summer Concert Series, Rod Run, etc. Another requirement for volunteering is that you must be VIRTUS trained. A first training will be offered May 15th at St Edward from 1:00-3:30PM and another in early fall. Go to www.virtus.org and sign up for a Virtus account and register for the May 15th training. You will then be prompted to go ahead and submit information for a background check, which costs $25. If you choose not to volunteer for the required 25 hours, you can opt out by paying the fundraising rate of 10 payments of $100 or $1000 up front. 

**With regard to Tuition Assistance, if you qualify for free or reduced lunch, you may obtain an application for a request for assistance through the Kremer Grant. You will need to contact Ms. Grable for the application. Also tuition assistance may be available for a limited amount for those who fill out the required form and qualify. The request form is available from Mrs. Grable. 

**Please try and return your registration forms for school with the $100 fee by May 15th if possible. And if your child is not going to return to St Edward, please let us know so we can open up registration to those who haven't enrolled here before. We give preference to our students currently enrolled and to their families first. Preschool does have a long waiting list for enrollment for next school year.

In addition: 

-Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by August 1. (Born before Aug 1, 2017)
-Children entering First Grade must be 6 years old by August 1. (Born before Aug 1, 2016)
-If you are registering a student who is coming here from a public school, you will need to complete our Request for Records document. 
-You will need to supply a copy of the following documents or you can bring in the originals and we will copy them:
   1. Birth Certificate
   2. Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
   3. Social Security Card
   4. Current vision screening
   5. Current dental screening
   6. Current Physical
   7. Current immunization Record

Fees: Non-refundable registration fee per child is $100 ($150 after July 1st)
          $300 Book & Technology Fee per student (due on the 1st day of school)
